  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Voxioo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the product or services.
  1. Description of Service Voxioo is a wearable AI device and software platform that records conversations, transcribes audio, generates summaries, and delivers actionable insights to users. The service includes the Voxioo hardware (optional), the mobile app, the web platform, and any related software or services.
  1. User Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use Voxioo. By using the product, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into this agreement.
  1. Account Registration To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  1. User Conduct You agree not to use Voxioo to:

Record conversations without appropriate consent (where legally required).

Violate any local, state, or federal laws.

Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Use the service in a harmful, abusive, or misleading way.

  1. Data Usage & Ownership You retain ownership of your recordings and content. However, by using the service, you grant The Vox Company a limited license to process and store your data in order to deliver the features and functionality of the product.

  1. Beta Disclaimer Voxioo is currently in beta, which means features may change, break, or be removed. We appreciate your feedback, but we cannot guarantee performance, accuracy, or uninterrupted access during this phase.
  1. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, product designs, software, and other intellectual property related to Voxioo and The Vox Company are the exclusive property of The Vox Company. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
  1. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Voxioo at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or misuse of the product.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@usevox.com.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties Voxioo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the product’s performance, uptime, or reliability during the beta period or otherwise. Use at your own risk.
  1. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vox Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Voxioo.
  1. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vox Company, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
  1. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of Voxioo constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  1. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
