Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, product designs, software, and other intellectual property related to Voxioo and The Vox Company are the exclusive property of The Vox Company. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Voxioo at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms or misuse of the product.

Disclaimer of Warranties Voxioo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or guarantees regarding the product’s performance, uptime, or reliability during the beta period or otherwise. Use at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vox Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Voxioo.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vox Company, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Effective Date” above. Continued use of Voxioo constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
